Between them they have more than 60 years experience in adult education and training, nearly 50 years involvement with distance education, and over 30 years experience with online and e-learning solutions.

Chuck and Christine have been partners in OLC since 1988. The partnership was incorporated as OLC, Ltd., in 2006.

Chuck has been actively involved in the design, development, production, implementation and evaluation of distance learning, online learning and e-learning systems since 1975.

Christine has extensive knowledge, skills and experience in the design, development, production, delivery, and evaluation of e-learning adult education and training systems, with special expertise in the implementation of learner and instructor support services.

OLC has an extensive roster of accomplished Associates who assist with specific tasks on a project-by-project basis.

Their expertise includes website design, software tools for instructional materials design, development and production, authoring and editing written materials, current hardware and software platforms for course and program delivery, Learning Management Systems (LMS), technology-based student support systems, and evaluation protocols and related data-processing software.
