PREREQUISITESThis section is optional and probably unnecessary in most instances since prerequisites are normally assessed at the time of Registration. It is included here by way of example, and for the sake of completeness. A "Prerequisites" section might be useful in a course outline if the prerequisite(s) for the course can be waived. In such cases it might be advantageous to the learners to identify various sources of information relevant to the content of the prerequisite course(s) and suggest that a review of those materials might be beneficial to their continued success in the program.
