General Instructions:

The objectives for this assignment are to require you to:

1. Reflect on the growth of your knowledge and skills during the course;
2. Assess your achievement of the Program Learning Outcomes (add link to these) and learning objectives for the course;
3. Assess the degree to which you have begun to internalize the knowledge and skills presented in the course; and,
4. Present evidence of your progress toward achievement of the Learning Outcomes for the Program.

To complete this assignment, you are to:

1. Post all of your graded assignments to your Learning Portfolio;
2. Prepare a three page paper in which you reflect on the contributions that specific learning activities and assignments have made to your achievement of the course's Learning Outcomes. Describe where you feel you have achieved the most progress, reflecting on prior weaknesses and strengths, and where you think you need further development. Identify the activities that have particularly augmented your competence.
3. Post your Learning Journal entries to your Learning Portfolio, reflecting on the value of:
   
   
   • Learning activities in which you participated, including those that were part of the coursework, and any self-directed learning activities you undertook independently;
   • Discussion Board interactions;
   • Comments and grades you received from the instructor/peers for the first three assignments;
   • Workplace-related observations/investigations;
   • Your preparations for the final assignment; and
   • Any other comments you would care to make on your learning activities.
4. Include in your Learning Portfolio the results of the Self-Assessment exercises completed at the beginning and at the end of the course, and comment on any differences that you observe in those results.
