Polestaff Case Study: Municipal Sustainability Plan

To complete this assignment, you are to:
  • Outline a process for the development and implementation of a Municipal Sustainability Plan (MSP);
  • Summarize the information that needs to be assembled to validate and implement the MSP;
  • Identify the key stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities in respect of the MSP;
  • Identify the tools that can be used to collect that information; and
  • Prepare a preliminary timeline for the analysis and proposal development stages of the project..
